Preorder for the best deals. I didn't really understand why they had bagged our order as they have to open the sealed bags to scan the items, surely there is s better way, but hay!

Outrageous that they DON'T TAKE CASH. We had got about £800 of goods and went to pay and they only take cards. We have no cards and therefore they lost our sale. Cash should be legal tender and the goverment should make a policy that shops can't refuse Cash like they have in most EU countries. CASH IS KING use to be the saying but not in the UK anymore.

BEWARE: Look very carefully at the alcohol content. They mix bottles of different ABV on the shelf for the same price! Jim Beam had 32.5% and 35% mixed up on the shelves. Not Good, when it doesn't match the price tag for it. A few items are a good discount from supermarket prices, but do check first

5 staff and I was the only customer. I was refused service as I had my dog with me. Staff cited health and safety. Can’t leave dog locked in hot car. Eurotunnel is supposed to be dog friendly. Sad.

Not impressed with new duty free. Tobacco products are cheaper compare to high street prices. Alcohol varies. But with limit to take to EU don’t know what is the point.

Beware of the very obvious profiteering here. End of line or bargain perfumes that have been priced at £19.95 are now suddenly £24.95.
