Royal Mail Delivery Office Bangor

Well over charging for parcels, prices seem well dodgey and do not match what royal mail usually charges. Pocketing money for themselves as employees?? I am sure their charges are Not correct. Am.making a complaint to royal mail

Good service.The location is little far from the university main building, and closer to the Bangor station.Quick and fast service, respectful employee. Most of the Amazon packages are delivered through this service station for addresses nearer to the cost and high street.Disabled friendly and has parking lot.

If you like waiting with 8 other people in a room the size of a toaster for one staff member to take 10 minutes each time to find a parcel, this is the place to hang out.

Went to collect parcels and even though closed went to get them and very friendly service, thank you. Royal Mail in Bangor and Llangefni are brilliant.

If you live anywhere in North Wales and order something from Amazon Prime on a Saturday it’s Bangor who will attempt to deliver on the Sunday on the basis that the usual local offices close on Sundays. Royal Mail’s attempt to compete with the likes of DPD. It’s shambolic. The drivers have no local knowledge, are rushed and under pressure and make mistakes, lots of mistakes. I have stopped ordering from Amazon on a Saturday because its odds on the delivery the following day will get screwed up. It’s not a criticism of the guys on the front line trying to do their job, but Royal Mail’s senior management who have clearly made promises to Amazon that they cannot keep.

It's a post office depo to collect your missed deliveries. Could do with revising the opening times since lockdown has relaxed. 7-9 means lots of people arrive just before 9 with lots of queues.

We missed a Royal mail tracked parcel delivery, so I visited the Delivery depot. The collection was smooth and the depot Manager who served me, followed all the covid procedures and checked identification. Thank you.

I went there to return Amazon package. It was the first time I went there and staff were very helpful.

It's open for 2 hours a day, 8-10am. What is the point of that? Can't even collect your own parcels without ball ache.... useful eh
