It is very loud at night on backside of the building, people always get drunk and shout, also in the morning between 5-6 am, because of the garbage track. Having prolonged insomnia, not well health condition due to it. If you want to sleep well, and not to suffer of insomnia caused by loud sounds in the late night and early morning, you better choose another accommodation. No answer to my dozen of emails. The conditions are offered does not worth the money we pay for it. How can I feel myself home here, if I only feel like I live in the loudest club of the Notts?

Great studios, modern and well designed but horrible management and facilities. Only one washer & one drier for the whole building that operates on coins, landlord never answers emails, texts, and barely phone calls. Wont resolve any of your complaints :)

As a previous student warden at the accommodation I can guarantee that the management is garbage, they do not care about the students. It will take months until they fix anything if you have a problem. I had a faulty mattress and they replaced it 7 months after my report. Wifi is poor and limited to a few devices per room. There is no security as well. Would not recommend at all. The only positive is its location, but you can find other accommodations in the city center with good locations

One of the best accommodations in Nottingham. Spent 2 years their, great location, convenient for students, Tesco is located in the same building, spacious rooms, and kind staff .

I have been staying in Express Building these past 3 months and studio I am currently living in is large and functional with all facilities available - a mini one bedroom apartment :)So far all service requests have been taken care off and resolved at the earliest possible time!Locationally the accommodation is right in the city centre with all essential facilities available within a hop, skip and a jump! Lastly the building management is also very affective incase of an escalation!!

Worst studio and management !! I have moved our in August and until now November I still didn’t receive my deposit refund!!! No one even respond me to get back my money !!
