Michael assisted us with a structural survey over one of our buildings in order to complete a letting to a new tenant. The work was carried out quickly and to an excellent standard.

We've had Michael from Subteno come to our property twice to help us sort out some building issues. He is always professional, thorough, insightful, and reassuring. With his knowledge we were able to properly fix damp issues knowing that our money was going to repairs that would actually work. I'm sure we'll have Michael back in the future.
