They promise you the earth but if you get any problems it’s just a money making machine. I had the Rako system fitted to my extension 18 months ago since then I have had two broken controllers. Each time they say yes it’s in warranty we can send you a new one but if you want us to fit it it’s £140 call out - last time the guy was in my house less than 10 minutes. So this time they sent me the device and I asked another electrician to fit but he would do it as he’s not rako trained. So 4 months later I still have a lantern that doesn’t work .... very disappointed!!

I have one of their systems which through no fault of theirs was never completely commissioned. I called recently and Regan from their tech team was incredibly helpful. He dialed in to my system and in an hour had sorted all of the outstanding tweaks that were needed. Top notch customer service and thank you Regan.

Had a joint customer visit yesterday with your engineer Jordan Hubby, totally nice guy, punctual, easy going but completely professional, completely reconfigured the system and worked along side my customer to ensure all lighting scenes were optimised and understood, would totally recommend

I'd never dealt with Rako controls before, so when a client was having some issues with their dimming control I wasn't totally sure how to help out. Luckily for me, Rako's support team were absolutely fantastic and walked me through the process of adjusting the dimming to suit the clients needs. Great service.

It was the first time that I had to use Rako Controls. An electrical engineer called Regan attended to look at what was an intermittent fault. He managed to find it, repair it and talk me through potential future problems that may occur as best practice. I never write reviews but felt that In this case I needed to! Overall, excellent customer service which is not always found . I would highly recommend this organisation as a 5* service!
