If i could give 0 stars i would! They don't deal with things quickly and we are the ones that are constantly chasing for updates. They have double charged us on electricity charges and not made any effort to rectify the situation. If you are looking for someone to manage your property I would look elsewhere as their services have created a bad relationship between ourselves and the landlord. If you are tenants of a BHT property I would scrutinise every invoice they send you to make sure you are not being overcharged.
