John Holland are a professional and efficient dealership. They gave me a fantastic service and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I was dealt with by friendly and helpful Sales and Business managers who provided me all the support I needed during the process.

I picked up my new car from John Holland last week and the service was top notch. Car is in fantastic condition and the warranty offered (as its written by them) goes well above and beyond the norm to give you some real peace of mind about your purchase. Both John and Peter who I dealt with were friendly and more than happy to answer any questions candidly. They even helped with the transferring of my private plate which made everything go even smoother. All in all top service from a top dealership.

Tony & Peter made the purchase of my new car and sale of my old one very easy. Always on hand if i had any questions but it was so easy to deal with i didn't need to. All the staff who worked in the garage as well were very pleasant, it really felt a very welcoming place to be and cant recommend the whole team highly enough! I also sold a G63 to the team a few months ago and they paid very fairly for it in the current market and also made that super simple, and even saved me some money by noticing something on my paperwork wasn't quite right!Will be much more business in the future im sure!

Stunning car and top tier service throughout. Needed a quick turnaround, first enquired on Tuesday drove away on Friday. Very helpful guys as well and pleasure to deal with - Peter even gave me his charger to take home as my phone was low and needed it to get back. It's the little things! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience with John Holland. I initially dealt with Peter and then David. Great selection of cars and great service. Finance deals seemed to be extremely competitive compared to other garages I’ve spoken to. Car came with a 6 month warranty and I’m pleased to see my old car had already found a new home. After buying a car privately and not having proof of the final service I phoned up John Holland to see if they could help as the car had previously passed through their showroom evidenced by the number plates fitted. I spoke With Simon in service who kindly provided the up to date service history. There was no obligation to do this and he went above and beyond. Greatly appreciated 5* customer service.

Mixed views after a recent purchase at John Holland. My experience started after spotting a car listed on the website, a car i had wanted to own for a number of years with ideal specification, colour and mileage - I placed a deposit and went to view. At the time it was the most expensive example in the county, but being such a rare model with desirable spec I considered it to be worth the premium. Initially the car checked out okay in the showroom, it was tipping it down outside. A sale was agreed on the condition the timing belt and water pump were replaced to bring the service history up to scratch - no complains there. After picking the car up a week later, things took a downward turn. On first lengthy drive of the car there was an awful vibration from the rear, as well as the front wiper constantly hitting the paintwork. No major issues by any means, but not the greatest start to a new purchase and issues a thorough inspection would have highlighted prior to retailing. The service department managed to resolve these thankfully. Upon further inspection, the car had a few cosmetic issues I did not feel were consistent with the claim on John Holland’s website of:Our vehicles are then finely checked and prepped to an impeccable standard before being left in the hands of our passionate and knowledgeable sales team, who are always on hand to offer friendly, honest and expert advice.Of course I did not expect a brand new car and the odd stone chip or scratch is par for the course, but poor previous repairs and broken trims are another matter.Upon raising these issues, I was taken aback by the response of ‘it’s a used car’ and it was even claimed that I could have damaged the car myself in the short period of ownership, despite me having photographic evidence of said damage being present before taking ownership. After some back and forth and patronising phone calls, the dealer agreed to rectify the issues in the bodyshop.After finally getting somewhere with the car I discovered the air intake was cracked and had been bodged/screwed together. For the sake of a £20 part, it beggars believe they were happy for a car to go out like this. Needless to say I wanted to purchase a fully sorted car from what I considered to be a prestigious, well regarded dealership - not a project that needed fixing up. My advice if looking to buy here is to check everything thoroughly.
