Beautiful Nails Crawley

I asked for pink and he told me a different pink would look better even tho I said no then I asked for the rest of my nails to be painted the same and he said no and then his staff was very abusive and shouted at me. I was forced to pay the full amount for nails I hated them and even told them then the pregnant lady shouted at me too! I expect a refund of £43 for the abuse I faced, the horrible customer service and the nails I now have to shortly live with!! Rude and abusive staff!

Just got home from being in the salon. it’s been taken over by new owners. i’ve been going to this salon for 6 years. i called the salon about 3 hours ago and they had availability for me the same day! they were very warm and welcoming. gave me exactly what i wanted and more! lovely staff. i didn’t catch the name of the team member that did my nails but he was brilliant! salon is a lot cleaner and loads of new colours to choose from! ladies if u can’t find the perfect nude shade, walk into this salon and you will be amazed! 5* for the excellent customer service especially for how quick things have turned around! the nice man kept asking me if everything was okay with my nails! ofc they were! but it was so nice to have some chill time and them making sure everything was okay for me, definitely will be returning! if you haven’t visited please do!Xx

Absolutely amazing. This is definitely my new go to nail shop! The nails matched the inspiration picture PERFECTLY. They are so precise and honestly speaking the prices there are reasonable, considering the quality and effort put into the nails. Amazing experience. DEFINITELY recommend. <3

Iv been having my nails done for years I have bio gel from my previous nail salon and they have lasted me 5 weeks, I used beautiful nails for the first time I had bio gel and it cost me £38 when I normally pay £25, I had to return as one of my nails broke due to the gel being applied to thin and they repaired it with SNS which I didn’t really want but it was the only way to save my nail. The nail they repaired is currently chipping and I also have another one braking , I’m not happy with service and the amount that I spent My nails are a mess will not be returning.

First time coming to beautiful nails and I’m so happy with them. The man doing my nails done exactly what I wanted and checked I was happy every step of the way, will be coming back :)

Been visiting this salon for 8 years and never a bad experience..Their shellac last ages and they are always polite and friendly with very reasonable prices.This time I wanted something special I saw online, just a different colour and shape..The young lady who did my nails saw it and copied it perfectly from the photo i showed her.she did the design by hand which is impressive
