My assessment appointment was very comprehensive and identified targeted exercises that I could easily fit in my day. Sarah provided videos of both the exercises which was great as a reminder! I have implemented the exercises and have seen an immediate improvement. I have no hesitation recommending Sarah.

Sarah listens very carefully to what one has to say regarding the presenting condition. She then asks searching questions to better understand the problem. Her treatment plan is clear and supported by pictorial examples of the nescessry exercises.I have been to see Sarah on three separate occasions each time with a different problem. Each time she has accurately. diagnosed the problem and have not found it necessary to return.
