Castle delivered and picked up on time friendly effecient staff , will use again

Terrible service! The bouncy castle and soft play was nearly an hour late and the party had started. The bouncy castle was grimy with just 2 stick ons to make it ‘paw patrol’. The soft play was also grimy and just a few foam shapes dumped on the floor and a ball pit with not enough balls. Nothing like what’s pictured in the website. Definitely wouldn’t use again.

We hired 4 of their inflatables for a fun day at the cricket club. It all arrived on time and the delivery staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Had our daughters party a week ago today, for which I booked the castle over two months ago. I had all the email/texts in the days before the party with the correct times, contact details and party address on the booking form. The castle was due to arrive at 12.30pm and by 12.50pm it still had not arrived and the guests were arriving at 1pm so we gave them a call. We were told the driver was 5 minutes away, but over half an hour later and several more calls nothing had arrived. Castle eventually arrived an hour late, not the castle we had ordered at all, smaller and they still wanted the same money despite being an hour late and bringing the wrong castle! To avoid causing more issues to our daughters day we reluctantly paid £20 less than the asking price. I sent an email with my complaint a week ago and have had no response. Will not be using this company again and do not recommend them

Whilst we did receive a bouncy castle it came a day early as they were very busy ( not an issue ) but once it was inflated was clearly NOT the bouncy castle that I ordered for my 4 year old birthday it was very dirty and the chap was trying his best to clean it off whilst inflating it ! When questioned about the fact it looked nothing like the picture he said that they just hadn't packed the stickers but would give me £10 back ...... the original was all blue this one was yellow and blue clearly old and had obviously over sold the one we had ordered.... if it hadnt of been so close to my sons party i would of refused it and had a refund ......whilst the 4 year old enjoyed it after I had scrubbed it clean we probably won't be using them again and will look else where .
