As our project is getting closer to being completed I wanted to pass on our sincere thanks for all your help, guidance and advice over recent weeks. What struck us from the first time we spoke with you is your desire to connect with us as your customer, to learn about us and our lifestyle, and to really understand what we like and dislike, and what atmosphere we wanted to create in the space. This was all before colour was even mentioned!! Once we got to the colour part your knowledge about how colour is impacted by light and shade, placement, tones and working with existing colours was extremely impressive. As a result the colours we finally agreed on and the placement have created the wow factor we wanted.The quality of service you have provided has been exceptional and it has certainly gone beyond the initial hour consultation. Your kindness and ongoing support is very much appreciated, and you have shown a genuine interest in so much more than just the colour of the paint.Thank you so much. Deciding on colour schemes to decorate our forever home was completely out of our comfort zone. Surprisingly, this delay proved advantageous, as Rhian allowed me to have input in customising the colours to complement my room's aesthetics better.The craftsmanship of her skilled seamstress brought the curtains to life, and I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. We had the most fabulous experience from start to finish with Rhian who refurbished our flat.
