Helpful, competent and friendly.I visited to ask about a replacement cartridge for a tap.The staff member dealing with me was incredibly helpful, taking time to clean and grease the old cartridge for me as a temporary fix and refusing to charge for the service.Later that day I bought new cartridges from them which are now working perfectly.Great customer service. I will definitely return.

My daughter had a little plumbing emergency and found this little gem of a shop who soon put me right. Found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful which is what you need in a good plumber's merchant

Brilliant friendly service. My cistern was a bit leaky and they couldn’t have been more helpful in finding out the parts I needed and then from their extensive range of washers, diaphragms and other small parts found the bits I needed in stock. And even modified part of the cistern to make it work better. Anywhere else and I’m sure I would have had to have bought a whole new internal section.

I had an issue with my toilet and was given so much DIY advice to help me fix the problem. I was able to do it myself and they sold me the parts I needed which cost £1 in total. Exceptional customer service. We're very lucky to have this in our area.

This shop is an absolute lifesaver, they always know exactly the part you need and most often have it in stock. They're happy to talk to you about your problem and work our a solution - fantastic service. I've saved a fortune by visiting this shop instead of calling out plumbers.

I went it to look for a new shower control.A member of staff recommended trying a new valve first, which he fitted free of charge!I refitted the control, works perfectly.Excellent service.

My first port of call for everything for the bathroom and toilet, for the last 15 years I always go to this friendly family run shop and small showroom packed with so much good design. They are always in a quiet and patient way, happy to share their knowledge for everything plumbing (and parts) for those fiddly jobs and repairs. They also have up to date catalogues of the many suppliers they have dealt with over the decades.

I am so grateful to the team at George Jones for all the help and support buying all the new kit for my new bathroom. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, I wasn’t pushed into buying anything and everyone I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter. They were far more accommodating than I deserved when needing to make changes to my order too. I now have an excellent quality bathroom at a very good price and am delighted. Genuinely sone of the best customer service I’ve received ever - a must go-to if you’re in the market for a bathroom! Thank you!

I'm a plumber in Bristol. If I'm stuck for parts they have the knowledge to track it down. Their customer service is the top notch and the quality of the materials is unbeatable. All retail businesses should aspire to this good. If you find sourcing materials online frustrating you should try these guys out.
