Great customer service these guys and gal will sell you what you need without trying to sell you stuff you don't need...If your kit is okay they won't tell you the opposite to make a sale they will be honest with you which is refreshing as most vape shops are all about profit. Prices compared to the other vape shops in the area are reasonable and most times lower....and where they aren't they are happy to try and price match any shop in the local area.

Fantastic staff! Very knowledgeable with the products and we never feel rushed when purchasing. It's brilliant that we can buy from here rather than having to go into town as we wouldn't use any other company as they only sell good quality products. Would always recommend!

Daniel is absolutely fantastic !! Have received the BEST customer service, every single branch I go into the staff are so so helpful. Excellent product knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. They are all genuinely lovely - can’t wait to swing by for more Riot Sqaud - great job everyone (5 stars just isn’t enough they should have 10!)
