Rude staff. My mother lived in a property that had a leak and mushrooms were growing on the ceiling. Called and they didn't want to know. Finally had ceiling done and asked when we would get the light fitted as we had no light in the kitchen just to be told you don't want much do you."When she moved in there was an issue with the boiler too and it was very noisy. finally got a plumber to come and have a look to be told it was very dangerous and if my Mum hadn't been careful it couldve exploded..Rude staff

Rented from this company for 4 years..always paid my rent on time. I was interested in viewing a bungalow to rent and was told..they have nothing for me on benefits!!!! As I am now in full time work I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. Not professional at all

This company and those they sell and rent for absolutely terrible I was buying a property through started in February after asking for basic paper work I was informed that if I didn’t go ahead without it they would pull the sale I spent 6 months waiting and being patient and lost out on so many other opportunities if your a young first time buyer be careful if I didn’t have a great solicitor I could of been fleeced for thousands you should be ashamed of yourselves and have all the paper work in order before putting properties forward to sell due to property boom I will be left unable to buy my first home now for the forcible future. I was never once contacted or given updates to keep me or my solicitor informed we were constantly chasing information it’s not just this company fault but the vendor and their solicitor too I have lost a lot of money waiting and won’t see anything for it because of these time wasters. If I could give zero stars I would horrendous service !!!!!!!!!

A small team with many years of valuable experience between them. Their knowledge, honesty, advice and reassurance really got me through what is quite a daunting experience for someone who has never moved house before. After dealing with many of the other local agents through viewing houses, Happy Sales was definitely the right choice to go with. I would certainly use them again.
