Having being very nervous trying something different for the first time there was absolutely no need. Sammey instantly puts you at ease no matter of ability. This is a great place to learn new things and push out of your comfort zone. Highly recommend!

I've been going to classes for over a year now. I started off really inflexible but it was great to see that there were still moves I could do. Now I'm doing things that I couldn't imagine, we've done a photoshoot that was a lot of fun and helped me to see how much I've progressed, and that's only from going once a week. Sammey is a brilliant instructor - this was completely out of my comfort zone and I've loved going regularly.
