Where do I start. Kris and his team at Tamworth Diesel are excellent, I really can’t understand any of the negative reviews.Kris went above and beyond In trying to sort out my intermittent stalling issue on my Hyundai Tucson. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and the bill was reasonable.I will definitely be using Tamworth Diesel again.Thanks Kris

Reputation and work is very good, they have a lot of knowledge as a garage and are well priced. Customer service greatly varies depending on the person you deal with, Adam is very good, he is straight talking and honest. There is no waiting room or niceties you would expect from a dealer it is literally a working unit of mechanics. Despite a great job the customer service from one member of staff is enough to question using them again.

My Audi had 3 warning lights on the dash, all related to the brake system (discs, ABS and traction computer disabled). I phoned and told them what was wrong and asked them to fix the brakes on my car. They called me and said the discs could do with replacing but for now I could just have the pads replaced. When I asked what the difference in price would be the guy replied I don't know". I asked if he could get back to me with a quote. He didn't get back to me so I phoned back only to be told he had gone ahead and done replaced the discs anyway.When they had finished they phoned my wife to pick up the car. They told her the ABS light was still on because I needed a new ball joint or something - so instead of calling me to tell me about additional work needed got my wife to pick it up.When she brought my car over I saw the brake-disc warning was still on. I phoned to tell them it was still on despite them changing the disc pads and that my wife was bringing it back

Green flag diagnosed an issue. Rang this garage got me in quick, changed x1 injector. Then said other injectors needed changing. In the end changed all 4 (£1800). Problem still persisted. Then it was electrical issue. Van sat there for 10 weeks without being looked at. Done the easy works, couldn’t do the rest. Old cars maybe take here new vehicles stay away.

Always visiting only this garage. Every each job done very quick and professionally. Unfortunately Polish bloke stays there now on his own, so might struggle a bit with timing. Very highly recommended.

the customer service from this garage is second to none , had my rear wheel bearing hub replaced on my nissan xtrail - tricky job - but no problem for this garage - very highly recommended. barry t coleshill

Excellent knowledge got my van back on the road very quick and I was absolutely overjoyed when I got the bill. Best garage in the Midlands in my opinion. I will recommend to all my friends. Thanks Harry (the boss) for fitting me in and special thanks to Adam the mechanic who sorted my van. My go to garage every time from now on. Thanks chaps
