Had badly cracked phone screen and had been quoted over £150 for refurbished and extra £25 to transfer data from old to new phone in two different shopDelighted to say the chap in 'the ilab' suggested it wasn't full depth and prob only screen saver needed! Which he sorted for a tenner.Another shop had quoted £70 for screen saver alone!Had I elected to purchase phone from 'the ilab' they would transfer data from old phone at no chargeSo brilliant service, absolutely no pressure sales, just good old fashioned honesty!Thoroughly recommend as the apparently only 'honest broker' sorting mobile phones I have come across personallyAbsolutely no hesitation in recommending them!Thankyou

A fantastic service, cracked my camera screen on the back of my iPhone. The repair job was brilliant and didn’t take long at all. Really recommend the iLab to anyone who needs any repairs on their phone.

After having a lot of hassle trying to get my iPhone fixed by other services I came to these guys who fixed the camera on my phone within an hour. Top place for all your gadget repairs, they sell gadgets too although I’ve never brought one.Always receive friendly service and their prices for repairs are very competitive too, especially when compared against the manufacturer prices.They take time to explain the problem and what the fix will be and everything is transparent. As a family we have been to i lab for years with numerous cracked i phones and broken i pads. Every time the service has been professional, quick just fantastic and nothing is ever too much trouble or too difficult. Today I went in with my husbands Apple Watch as the straps were jammed in but needed changing. Like I said nothing is a problem and they make it all look so quick and easy. Am very grateful. The staff member who assisted my mum with her iPad was super. He was friendly, informative and very patient. He understood the issues presented, spoke in simple terms without being patronising, and then fixed all the issues in a few minutes.I would highly recommend The iLab and will go there again with no hesitation.
