Undone Hair LTD

I done hair treatment £125 worth it. They said my hair gonna stay nice and smooth for 3 months. Very second day my hair goes wavy, I been India for 9 days come back and let them know what happened I am still waiting their phone call they didn't even say sorry after that bad customer service.

I can't praise Undone enough, beautiful setting with a professional team, from the moment you walk into the salon till you leave, every need is catered for. Karen is amazing, and for the past 14 years she has looked after my hair, offering advice, and caring for me too! I love my hair and how well Karen knows what I want. Its such a lovely experience when you go into a warm, welcoming and professional environment.It's so great to see Phil doing so well and his vision for a beautiful salon has been great to witness. I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Undone, I just wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Having been a customer at Harpers Hair & Beauty for many years, along with my two sons, we had no hesitation in following them on their move to Undone last year.Karen sees to all our hairdressing needs, she is friendly, efficient, professional and always listens and advises on our hairstyle choices. It is always a pleasure to see her.All of the team are lovely and welcoming and the salon is clean, modern and spacious and set in a beautiful location that has ample parking.Also a special mention to Paige C who is the best 'hair washer' ever as well as being an excellent beauty therapist.I would not hesitate in recommending Undone for all hair and beauty requirements.

Karen has been cutting colouring and styling my hair for many many years. She is very attentive and listens to what I want offering good advice in respect of slight variations that will suit my hair type/lifestyle etc. During times I have had some physical difficulties she has adapted how she does things and supported me to access the salon and to be comfortable. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I look forward to my regular cuts/colours. All the stylists and beauty therapists offer a friendly and professional service. A great place to relax; be pampered and to catch up with the staff who greet you by name and are always approachable and helpful.

I have my hair done every Saturday and my 3 Grandsons have been coming here since they were toddlers. I have always been very happy with the service and end results. My regular hairstylist is Karen who not only does my hair but i consider to be a good friend. On occasions I have my hair done by other members of staff and have no reservations about it. Everyone is very professional, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have used Phil to do my hair for the past 3 years, each time I go he does something different which I absolutely love. He comes up with an idea and I totally trust his vision and have always loved the end result. The setting for the salon is lovely and all of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. He has a lovely team around him including his manager Karen. If you are looking to try somewhere new then I highly recommend you try undone hair xx

Phil has been my hairdressers for a number of years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. When Phil told me he was opening his own salon I didn’t have to think twice about still using him even though I live 30 miles away! Undone is a beautiful salon and the staff are brilliant. I have so many comments about my hair when it has been done. Thanks Phil and the team. Would highly recommend!
