First time we hired a hot tub, and will definitely use The Hot Tub Hire Company again! Delivery and collection was no hassle, including rolling the hot tub through a narrow 80cm gate. The hot tub itself was excellent - it's was very clean, easy to use and control the chemicals, and came with lights, water jets and bubble features. We absolutely loved it!

Brilliant company. Hired a hot tub for my wife’s 40th and it was great. The company are efficient, professional and have great communication. The hot tub was excellent and delivered and collected without any issue or hassle at all. This is exactly the type of company that I wish there were more of; they actually value your custom, don’t mess you about and provide exactly what they advertise! Excellent service from The Hot Tub Hire Company! First time we've rented a hot tub and we were very impressed with the whole set-up and collection process and detailed instructions provided. The hot tub was great quality, easy to use and enjoyed by the kids and adults of all ages! My daughter had a hot tub birthday party which went down very well. We would definitely recommend this company as it was no hassle at all and a really fun way of getting everyone outside and off devices! The kids said they felt like they were on holiday :) .We will do it again. Thanks very much.

Great company. From the first communication they were very professional and helped me to make sure that all criteria was met for me to hire the tub. On delivery they were quick and explained how to use it and what chemicals to use when. Tub was brand new and was perfect! Gazebo was a sturdy one and done a great job in protecting us from wind and rain. I've hired it for my daughters birthday and she and her friends loved it. Would highly recommend it!!

We hired 2 hot tubs for a week in August. Communication was good. Delivery and communication of how to maintain hot tubs was thorough and clear. Great hot tubs, would use again.

We hired a hot tub at quite short notice in June 2023 and the company gave excellent service, and the hot tub was great! They arrived with a one hour telephone call to advise us of the time, set up quickly and easily and were friendly, and advised of where to put the hot tub. They were able to navigate our steps, narrow back gate, and between our various plant pots etc. There was a good level of explanation of how to maintain the hot tub through the week and a handy reference sheet.Our family of 5 with three teens and pre-teens fitted in fine (just!) to their circular hot tub (not sure if there are bigger ones if you wanted more space) and it was very good fun!We're planning the next hire now for September!

We hired a Hot Tub for a Hen Party Weekend. It was delivered the day before so it was all set up ready to use when we arrived. It was a great accessory for the party in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting in it watching the sunset across the fields. Booking and Communication was very straightforward. We would definitely recommend this company.

I rented the hot tub as a surprise for my daughter and son when they finished their exams. Tim was great at communicating and delivered at the specified time/date. Full instructions on how to operate it and clear instructions left for us. Great quality hot tub, retained its heat and was just what we wanted. Had four days using it - so relaxing and great fun. I hired the deluxe hot tub for a week from here. They were extremely helpful from the start providing all of the details needed. We all thought that the price was very reasonable too.When the hot tub arrived Tim set it up, placed it where it was required and explained all of the details regarding maintenance.The hot tub was excellent, after making sure that the water was safe to use we all loved using it and we really did take advantage of having it! It was clean, the jets and bubbles were amazing and the lights at night were perfect.I would say that you can get about 5 adults in comfortably and many more children!!I will definitely be renting again from here without any reservations.Thank you so much for your service.
