i was in on sunday night, absolutely amazing shop. always love coming in and having a look around. forever adding to my incense collection too! i'm obsessed the laxmi pooja stamford incense which i got on sunday, it's so warm and perfumy! can't recommend this place enough!

Great customer service, Amazing service from Liz showing me different crystals. Very grateful for the help from the staff and how nice all of them were. Good selection of products and the band t-shirts have a great selection. Can't wait to return.

Where does one begin?- Customer service is terrible.- Let’s young children run into the shop which defeats the ‘covid restrictions’ set in place by the shop owner which is in very small font that an elderly or person with poor eye-sight would even be able to see unless you intend to spend your time reading the outside of the store for a while before deciding to enter? Customers make up their mind if a store has potential within 10 seconds.- Tip: Marketing is key and small font with lots of writing instead of a simple large store image font of ‘ X people MAX ‘ - It’s shopping, not reading time before you enter a shop situation, take a hint from more professional establishments across the road.- Not professional with many posters plastered on the shop windows- Fumes are too strong for a small shop, young children, elderly or those that are pregnant are at risk with the levels they are at in comparison to similar shops.- Items are expensive for what they are. Similar and more authentic items in nearby places for a much better price and better custom.

BLUE MOON is a fantastic we shop in Portrush.It has a variety of items which revitalise the mind, body & soul.Items include Chacra Bracelets, Insents, Candles & Oil Burners, Sing Bowls and many more.Myself and my boyfriend have been down a few times now and the Customer Service the store provides is out of this world.They always go the extra mile for the customer and I cannot highly recommend this place enough.

Ordered some jewellery from this shop and was so impressed with the service. The items were just beautiful, arrived super quick and there was even a little treat in the bag ❤ Definitely need to visit the shop next time I'm near Portrush. Thank you so much

Lovely shop with lots of different items you won't find elsewhere. The staff are very pleasant and extremely patient with children who want to try on the necklaces or bracelets before deciding. Lots of nice crystals, etc - highly recommend it for a visit if your in the Portrush area.
