I called into the St Helens store on Monday morning and was ably assisted by Ashley. I explained what type of bed I was looking for and Ashley took me direct to the bed I had seen on the website. He fully explained how the mechanism of the bed worked and then we looked at the choice of mattresses.I would like to thank Ashley for all his kind assistance and knowledge, nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend his service to anybody. Thank you Ashley for making my experience in your store so easy.

I have had the best experience ever. First time I was buying a matress on my own and I felt it was so easy thanks to James who guided me perfectly through the whole process. I would recommend this place if you're thinking to renew you bed!Thank you James and rest of the stuff!

The most perfect customer service ever!!! Elana was so so helpful and a credit to Dreams, we walked in having no clue what type of mattress we could possibly want for our new home and left having the most perfect mattress being delivered for our fresh start!! The flexibility with delivery dates is perfect for our circumstances. The SleepMatch was such a cool, unique experience and gave us more information about our sleep than we could have thought! Would recommend Dreams St Helens to anyone, and we are so grateful that Elana approached us.

Went into Dreams St Helens and we were greeted by Ash. He was absolutely amazing and helped us choose our perfect mattress and bed. He was lovely with our little one and even took time to give him crayons and paper to colour in. He’s super friendly and patient and gave us plenty of time to choose between the right mattresses. He is a credit to the company and I recommended my family and friends to go to Dreams St Helens for their great service. Thanks again Ash!
