This is my second visit to Salon Phoenix, I go to have my nails, eyebrows, eyelashes done with Jo, but the salon is very clean, and your always made to feel very welcome with coffee, and biscuits.The staff are always pleasant, and friendly. Today they also had a lovely Christmas tree, toilet facilities as well which are also excellent, Covid regs are followed..

I've messaged the beautician numerous of times she's read the message but has not replied I think that is shocking and rude of her the staff are lovely in the hairdressers but it's put me off from going there again

Jo is amazing she is friendly and professional, I went in with bitten nails and she has worked with me for 3 months and now my nails are amazing . She has listened to everything and shaped my nails to suit my lifestyle, her nail art is brilliant and I feel safe letting her design my nails and I have always been happy with her choices - I would not go anywhere else. Jo you are a credit to the business and I would recommend to everyone

What a find! All staff were very warm and welcoming and Jess was absolutely brilliant. Got a fantastic professional cut and colour for great value. Would highly recommend to anyone

My hair feels wonderful. Jess is an expert. This is the second time I've visited, and both times left ecstatic. Jess knows exactly what is needed and gives professional advice. I will only have my hair cut here from now on. Thank you Jess
