I can't thank Gareth and Jake enough for our perfect bridal hair! Gareth was a recommended supplier of my venue, and I can see why. I had a pre-wedding trial and he instantly felt like one of my friends, he was so bubbly and really listened to what I was after, even giving more recommendations (like extensions and veil placement) and pre-wedding hair care tips. Nothing was too much trouble. As there were a few of us getting our hair done on the day, Gareth arranged for Jake to help style too and they were both so much fun to have with us on the morning of the wedding. I couldn't recommend them enough - thank you!

Aqua Hair salon is a delight.With Stuart you are in good hands for superb cut and Gareth is a wizard with colour. The whole team are so professional and friendly.I would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Hair salon if your on your holidays and fancy some pampering or booking ahead for a special occasion. A five star experience.

After moving to Windermere, Aqua was the third salon I tried, and I'm so glad I did - now I won't go anywhere else! Amazing friendly team who always make you feel very comfortable, and produce great results!

I called on the day and they were able to fit me in within 2 hours. The customer service was great from the very first phone call. I got a quick wash and hair trim, which was quite inexpensive.

I can always rely on Aqua salon to colour, cut and style my hair perfectly.

Aqua salon is the best! My family all think so too! The service is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the environment is clean, modern and relaxing. They always do an amazing job with our hair, but I know they offer other beauty services too, which I haven’t as of yet tried. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough, it really is fab!

I visited Alison for a facial, what an amazing hour. Alison is an exceptional professional and a very empathic person. The Templespa products used were absolutely gorgeous and had such lovely fragrances, they are very good products. My appointment was a gift and one I am very thankful for.

Aqua salon it is not what I believed to be !!! After a phone appointment which I made for me and my friend one week ago, i arrived for my appointment ( the front house lady a bit surprised she told me to take a seat , which I did. After few minutes Jack came to me mentioning that actually the appointment was made for next week , I don’t believe that because I did specify to be on the 4 of august, and I called twice in that day, the first time for me and the second time to book my friend an appointment, so she should have seen that something was booked .They told me to call my friend asking her if she can come at half 2 instead of 11 , and she refused. I’ve seen that Jack is kinda frustrated about the all situation but he still continued with my appointment, which was great. When almost to the end, the next appointment arrived and she was happy to wait . Jack started to rush forgetting that actually I am a regular customer (over 2 years ) as well and I do deserve the same treatment even it wasn’t my fault with the day of booking. Afterwords I literally stood up with all the hair on me(he didn’t even brush it from my face) after haircut, he could have at least pretend to care( if I have to be honest it wasn’t the first time )and I went directly to pay. When the front house lady told me the price £101. I didn’t say anything and I knew the prices before so it wasn’t a problem for me , I payed and I left happily until the next time. I arrived home and I went to see myself in the mirror, excited with my new colour and haircut discovering that Jack made a mistake above my ears , I got angry and I did few pictures and I went back to ask for retouching and something else which needed to be done (at the price which I payed I was expected professionalism) At my arrival the front lady told me to wait because Jack is with a client , after that he came , I’ve show him the mistake and he told me to come back during that day and I refused because it’s not my fault and I shouldn’t have to come back its you(Jack) that should find time then to fix the problem . His client was happy to wait and I went to take a seat , he did fix it and when I show him that there needs to be blended in , he literally said that I have to make another appointment in one week , given that it would have taken him 1 minute . He accused me that I came back because of the price, when I am a regular customer and I am familiar with their prices and I will not come for a haircut at this salon if I could not afford it. I am not a person to write a review but because is second time having a bad experience and his attitude and the lack of not knowing how to deal with the problem it pushed me to write hear today . Jack you are missing the professionalism !!!!!!

I went to have an updo today for my dad’s wedding. Gareth was absolutely amazing! He and his team made me feel so welcome despite me only visiting the salon today after I had travelled up from Nottingham. His work was absolutely amazing and I got many compliments. The best was his work looked as good as it did when I left his salon 13 plus hours later. A very talented hairdresser and if I lived here I would certainly be using this salon. xx
