We recently had two bedrooms fitted with slide robes and bedroom furniture this was all provided installed to perfection within time agreed with Tony who was so helpful nothing was any bother to him.I could not speak highly enough of the workmanship of the two fitters they worked so hard and did an excellent job.I would recommend and have recommended Starplan to many friends and they can see for themselves the quality of the products they produce.Thank you to all especially Tony for a great job done

Extremely poor customer service from a local company who I have used before, with Head Office refusing to resolve an issue with a bed I recently purchased. Will not be using again.

Had many problems with their contractors from overpricing to drilling fixing holes straight through into other rooms. 10 months on and still not fixed totally. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

4th bedroom door has been replaced either it has been wrong colour, texture or wrong size ..again today they fitted wrong door very disappointed and would not recommend especially at the price!..Should have went to IKEA!

I honestly wish i had spent my money somewhere else. The wardrobe is not what i expected and when u tell them your not happy they are not as nice as when selling. They tried to fix some of the complaint but there is no thought in how the finish looks . I now have this thing in my room that i wish wasn't there, it wasn't cheap so i am stuck with it because Starplan say it is right. If you read this before u part with money please go somewhere else. The one star is because i cant post without it

Really pleased with Starplan. From planning to fitting was all top class. Special thanks to Steve( newtownabbey branch) for helping with design and suggesting some changes. Great tidy fitters who left room clean .Great job

Was attended to by Phil who had originally designed our bedroom slide robes. He was very attentive as usual, listened to what we wanted and suggested a few changes which was very much appreciated. We ordered there and then and were not pressurised in any any way. He is a true gent as were the two men who installed our sliderobes from our previous order. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They also cleared up afterwards. In my husbands and my opinion Starplan are top of the league in all areas. Phil is moving to the Boucher Road store so any future purchases will be made there.
