I left home at 16 and am now 30 years old ... I have had quiet a few privately rented properties and always had problems with my landlords .. let them selfs inside whilst in not home ... not repairing things that need repairing ect ... joy has been by far the nicest, kindest most understanding landlady i have ever known, she is down to earth and efficient and above all professional, such a lovely lady any one who rents through this agency is very lucky, she will go above and beyond to help out in any way she can ....
