Fantastic company. The quality of their work is top notch and their customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. I bought both my floating stairs from them as well as a large circular cellar hatch, both turned out amazing!

We purchased a washing line post from Dio-Met. The website was simple to navigate, the subsequent service from Dio-Met was excellent and when the product arrived it was well packaged and of great quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We ordered glass and stainless balustrade from Diomet after finding their details on a Google search. Adam recommended products that might work for us and did us an illustration and quote via email. After deciding to go ahead, Adam came out to do a full survey/measurements (for a small fee) and then the products were bespoke made for us. All of the team at Diomet including the accounts, delivery etc were very helpful and accommodating and the instruction sheet/link to video to help with self installation were excellent. We are very pleased with the product and would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Very easy to deal with. Very flexible and accommodating. I got a bespoke shape glass floor for a good price. I'm very pleased with the result, and I'll come back to Diomet again.

NB original review truncated to include reply to Diomet's:- I was misquoted (difference of 20%) but this only came to light when I agreed the price and paid my deposit. The two options provided were: pay the difference or go elsewhere.- I was advised drawings would be provided to confirm measurements and for approval prior to manufacture. These were not forthcoming and only on chasing was I told that because I had submitted my own (rough, not to scale) sketches, these would not be needed.- I was advised twice that my requested timescale for delivery was manageable (which I had timed to coincide with annual leave). The delivery was over three weeks after this and I was only given a couple of days notice when ready. My original requested dates appeared on stickers that came with the glass, confirming they'd been produced in time and had been sat awaiting dispatch.- Diomet outsource delivery to a third-party courier. The one we got had the wrong door number on the delivery form and sent it in a vehicle unable to make kerbside delivery. Again, we were given two options by the driver: the delivery goes back to depot or we could lift it out, pane by pane. Thankfully, we had glass clamps and given the weeks delay in getting our order, we decided to take it in. Credit to the driver for help but an incredibly stressful experience.I submitted a complaint to Diomet's Managing Directors on 21 July, one day after delivery. This was not responded to after a week and only after a chase did I get a short reply on 31 July linking complaints procedure and asking for a bullet point summary. This was provided the same day and I received one line asking if we were now in receipt of the goods which I confirmed.I then received a stock email expressing 'deepest sympathy' for the way we feel. We were now being moved to Stage 2 of the complaints process, namely we have been asked to submit a complaint in writing via physical post (including supporting correspondence).I asked one week ago if the expectation here was for us to restate our complaint, despite having already been provided and summarised per request. To date, we have still not received a reply.We have also since noticed defects in the glass but I am already fully across the fact that Diomet always claims to inspect on dispatch and that anything subsequent is not their responsibility.Edit:- my misquote only came to light after I paid a £500 deposit, at which point a customer is fully committed to a purchase and has gone through the usual quoting/decision-making process. The difference in price was 20%. I think this is significant and I think Diomet could have considered at this stage meeting halfway. This could also be avoided by providing a full, itemised quote at the start rather than a single figure in an email.- the offer of a drawing for approval was Diomet's, not my request. I was never proactively informed there was no requirement for a drawing in this instance and I think it's still good practice to confirm everything has been picked up correctly (my drawing was handwritten and scanned and my writing isn't the best) before sending for manufacture. Diomet even confirm this wouldn't impact the lead time, which was subsequently three weeks out (with no prior warning of this)- I sent my complaint to the contacts I was provided. Diomet should know I didn't actually receive an out-of-office from one (maybe check in your settings as you probably have this to internal only?). The bullets were provided on request and despite this, no response was forthcoming (but I've managed to generate two from reviews).- it was not the third-party courier's job to unload the glass pane by pane and they could have easily refused this and returned to the depot. I've never had an explanation for this, as was promised.- Diomet's 'quality control' is a myth. You'll see from other reviews they take no direct responsibility for issues that fall short of what customers should be getting and they hide behind onerous terms and conditions and unwieldy complaints processes

I purchased two washing line poles last year which were perfect. This year I wanted a third to match but it was not available for delivery on the website. I emailed to see if they were still available. The response I got was first class - quick, very friendly and very helpful. In short they arranged for it to be delivered, at a higher cost but that was okay with me I just needed the pole. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Thanks to Rob and his team, we now have a stunning balcony on our property to enjoy the wonderful views. Communication was outstanding and they worked with us on design and specifications to suit our needs. Kit was delivered with all components present and thanks to the well laid out plans was easy to install. Would highly recommend.
