When i order my kitchen ask 2 mediums bins go inside unit they have sent 3 small ones i took it back they didn't accept it because was out off box . And an item missing i want back there the give me one but i want home wrong colour can't go back n forward all the time for they mistakes

TRADESMEN BEWAREI purchased some items from this branch using a debit card, unsurprisingly the delivery was wrong and had to be exchanged, without informing me they placed the more expensive items on my credit account. Out of the blue I received a court letter which I immediately followed up on by calling head office and then Port Talbot to make the payment and close my account. No further contact until I get another chaser, phoned head office many times and apparently I did not give the young lady my payment details when I phoned (I did).The level of incompetence is staggering and has now descended in to bare faced lies.Phoned head office again today but anyone who could deal with it is off so it rumbles on.Overall a very stressful experience with the potential to negatively affect my business.

7 of our handles including the tap is disfiguring, head office won't help or replace, in fact called us liers, stating it was our fault.Not sure how water and rag causes this issue, butt that's howdens for you.I want to add the local brance helped me get the placement handles, however head office where nit so helpful. Thank you Howdens Port Talbot

We're now on our third kitchen with Howdens and I would not shop anywhere else. Yes you may get similar items elsewhere cheaper but what you get is what you pay for. Flat pack nightmare assembly, colour variation etc not with Howdens! Kitchen units come fully assembled top quality, from start to finish this company have got it! Each time we have dealt with Ryan who very patiently has sat listening to our requirements designing the perfect use of space each time.Nothing is ever too much trouble and he will use a big screen so you can see from all angles what your kitchen will look like, discuss colours show you samples, new products. Highly recommended
