Excellent service provided by Neil. Our cat brought in a live rat and let it loose in the kitchen! Despite being a Sunday evening, Neil was able to visit and deal with the issue that same evening. Very competent and efficient, and much appreciated.

Noticed more and more wasps buzzing around the top of an upstairs window. Gave PGNW a call and Neil was with us within the hour. Very professional and efficient, Neil talked me through what he was doing and had the problem sorted really quickly. After seeing how many wasps flew out from under the guttering, I was glad we didn't leave it any longer.Would highly recommend the service to anyone.

Brilliant job treating a wasp nest under a roof tile in my dads porch from Neil and who i believe was his Son (sorry i didn't catch his name). Friendly pair and easy to get on with. Neil explained what they were doing clearly. Amazing price compared to many other rip off companies and quickly done so is much appreciated. They were very helpful and the prices are benefit friendly too so if you are struggling on a budget they are the people to call. We would use them again :D Thank you again, Hannah.
