Popped in on the off chance they would have a rare item, result, with choices, I got my 007 sailing bracelet and Omega got my money.I think I will call this free enterprise, some other watch brands might try it?!

Cameron and his colleague Fran (apologies if got your name wrong - poor hearing) offer unparalleled customer service. I really appreciate their kindness and support with my Omega Speedmaster. 10/10 would recommend

Walked in knowing I was considering buying a Seamaster, but very much on the fence.Assisted by August, who judged the tone perfectly, and it was a relaxed and personal service. August was very charming and knowledgeable, a real credit to the store. Great service from the whole team and I left with a great watch.The chair for our dog and Bollinger for my partner of course helped!

The Edinburgh boutique has been fantastic in every visit. Staff are knowledgable, courteous, not pushy and just reliever the highest level of service I could ask for. Keep up the good work team.

Usual nice decor of the premises, but quite small selection of the Omega's current lineup, probay only around 40-50 pieces overall, nothing of particular interest, just run of the mill models and that's during the Olympics. been advised to look things up online and then they could order one into the store, why did you think I popped by into official boutique in the first place?! I guess there's a reason smaller family-run jewellery shops or online brokers are having so much success these days; not sure if the young blonde lassie in the shop was just poorly trained or Watches of Switzerland (operator of this outlet, also owner of Goldsmiths and some other retail brands) is simply is dropping the ball; if high street is indeed dying it's because of shortcuts being made, not excelling in customer service. aligning yourselves a bit more with the brand rather than actively recommending Seiko's and Citizen's to some vistors, not customers, could also be a reasonable strategy, but then... what do I know.

Boutique sized but still a reasonable range in a shop sitting alongside other watch outlets. Pleasant staff and on line ordering available if your after something specific that isn't in stock.

I just want to commend your lovely staff in the St James Quarter this morning, two lovely young gentlemen, one of whom replaced my father in laws Omega watch strap for me. It’s very special as he passed away and my husband wants to wear it now. They were so charming and helpful and I really wanted to let you know what valuable members of staff they are.

On visiting the Omega store in Edinburgh my wife and I were made to feel very welcome and had a very enjoyable retail experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this store and the products speak for themselves, watches of the highest quality.

Lovely boutique with a good range of new watches . Came in to have a look around Jonathan and the team were very accommodating and super friendly Answered all my questions and I also got a very good valuation on a older Seamaster Chrono. Very nice omega moon watch )

The store is very beautiful, and a calming experience with very comfortable seating. The employee I dealt with was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and smartly dressed. It felt very much a luxury experience.
