IMO Car Wash
Ordered Pro Shield Ultra HD only received Pro Shield. I was thankfully refunded afterwards. I noticed how the attendant spent considerably more time on the flashier car in front of myself and much less time on mine despite me paying for the top service option.If IMO give more preference time to flashier cars than I suggest you go elsewhere as this isn’t the service I expect or paid for. My vehicle may not be as expensive as some that turn up but it is impeccably well kept, treat your customers equally please when they pay for the service.If you do go I’d recommend a service option in the £3-7 range that way they cannot give you a lesser service.

Greeted by a person who was only able to grunt! After payment, each wheel was sprayed by the grunter and I tried to follow the vague hand instructions to enter the wash. Afterwards, I found the wheels still very dirty, so much for the spray. The roof of my car was also patchy which is probably due to the missing vertical washing strips I noticed missing when going through. I used to frequent this car wash a lot several years ago and always go a good result. I wouldn't go back now as I can get an excellent hand wash for less money.

Have used a few times for convenience but car never comes out looking properly clean like it does from other places. Staff are also very rude.Always say they’re too busy for any valeting services too.

We visited for a quick exterior wash in the middle of the day because some birds had pooped on the car. The operative usefully removed all of this with the pressure washer and the car emerged looking sparkling clean. I can't say whether we received all of the options that we paid for (it's a long list) but we were pleased with the results.

Was good. But last 3 visits, there's been no detergent in the car wash. They've just been using it to rinse cars after giving them a quick hose down with a pressure washer.You get a better finish with a bucket of soapy water and a sponge!

Absolutely useless every timeI go there to use it they have a sign out saying they are closed for maintenance which is rubbish as they are only closed as they are valeting cars and this is were they make there money and as this is a franchise they are supposed to be open until the time they close and not just when they feel like it I have drove all the way from boughton to just be turned away I will never use this car wash again they are there to provide a service not just to make money if you cant cope with the work don't take it on

IMO Car Wash
The jet wash is amazing and reasonably priced but the machine only accepts coins. It would be perfect if modernised to accept card payments. I would avoid using the hoover machines as they are very weak. I can’t comment on the automatic car wash as I don’t use them.
