Yeah if you want a quick cut done professionally with by nice people with decent customer service, go somewhere else.Went here a few months ago just wanting a quick skinhead and my beard tidying up. Absolutely regretted it.The cut itself was terrible. The guy doing it was just rude and he sliced me on my ear, my head a my neck. You could see him getting frustrated, tutting and grunting like a child, but giving me dirty looks too like it was my fault as the customer. Never got any apologies of course.Kept getting glared out by passers-by after I'd left and I had to ask them for some tissue for my cuts because it was starting to pour from my ear, but the visible ones were from my neck too. At least I could cover the head slices with a cap.Looking through their other reviews I can see others have had almost the same experiences and tbh some of their good reviews look staged like it was done by either them or their mates or relatives lol

Possibly one of the worst hair cuts i have ever had, asked for a low fade got the highest fade ye could ever imagine, told them not to touch the beard just a shape up an now av got no moustache and the worst barnett youve ever seen, tryna charge 23 bullet aswell would not recommend at all

Horrible place. I showed the barber the photo of the style I wanted.. He didn't even look at it properly and kept chatting with his colleagues... and at the end of the cut it looked like the cut was done by a child... Uneven, odd looking and spoilt the entire look and feel... Totally unprofessional.. I will definitely avoid these unprofessional people

Very disappointed with that place. It wasn't the first time that I have there.but today one of the gens was very rude with me, because I asked if it's possible to cut more my hair on the top. Don't waste your time and ypyr money there I give one start because o can't give 0"."

Was recommended by a friend to attend this barber… wasn’t really happy… the barber kept chatting to his colleague causing him to stop trimming halfway. His colleagues was showing videos to the guy who’s doing my beard at the same time… he basically dry shaved my beard… no shaving cream and no post shaving cream. Instead, boiled the kettle, and dipped the shaving brush into the water and put it on my cheeks only, which dried up straight away because it’s boiling water… the shaving brush stank like damp mould, clearly showing that it’s a very old brush. He didn’t even line my beard up symmetrically. I wouldn’t recommend based on customer service and hygiene.

Very friendly barber, didn't have to wait long and fast haircut. New to the area, first time using here, will be back! Highly recommend.

Perhaps, the best haircut I've ever had due to the level of attention given and at £13.00p very reasonable for Liverpool City Centre.During the more busy times, the business has six (6) barbers available.Saturday 13th August 2022
