Very helpful, difficult to find post code on sat nav not close to where the company actually is. Owner extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Great shop , went in knowing nothing about my new hot tub , was told some great advice of what to use ,do and what chemicals are best , was shown around the shop where there was customers toilets that were very clean ,staff very friendly and good prices

Chris has been so helpful when we had problems getting the water correct in our hot tub, his advice was brilliant. They have a well stocked showroom with everything we needed and more! Thanks Chris

Chris, James and Spa-kling Pool company have been simply brilliant for me. If ever there is proof that buying a hot tub from the Internet is a bad idea, and that staying local and benefiting from local support and advice is the way to go - that's my experience from having bought from Spa-kling Pool. I bought an Envoy tub from them, which has been one of the best purchases I've ever made and easy to use. After sales service wise, they've always quick to respond to any queries (basically saving me from reading any manuals :) and popping round whenever I've needed any more detailed advice. The whole process has been superbly managed and I can't recommend them enough.

Chris and the team are always extremely helpful. They are really customer-focused, always happy to take the time to offer advice and problem-solve. I always get my chemicals from Spa-Kling and have also bought u/v bulbs and, recently, a Midas multi-port valve.Good prices and quick, efficient service; couldn’t really ask for more!
