Framework

Need retraining in diversity. I lived in a Nottingham Framework building for a few weeks. I that time I watched numerous people being helped and supported where I was ignored. No help, no support or guidance...the support staff need to understand that people who aren’t riddled with addiction and “seem” fine can also be vulnerable and need help.I was completely let down and I was bitterly disappointed that the resources were there but I was ignored.

So far so good me being a care leaver been thrown 'pila to post' by the council but I have been housed in the ymca for a year and now I have seeked help from these guys and once more I should of came a lot soon with what I know about my situationNOT HOUSES YET OUT SIDE THE YM AS I AM WRITING THIS STATEMENT 28/02/19 I will update when I move

Well iv got 4 referrals to this company I’m still in the place it feels like this is a con all the referrals have come from being detained in hospital and in 7 months iv only got 1 referral for rehousin and they keep trying to put me near the police officer that had sex with my 15 year old niece in Gedling who is friends with my dad and I live in the westbridgford but I have explained this to them but I’m not getting anywhere with them I think this service is a con

The staff are very friendly and helpful in many ways and I feel I have a better chance for the future with the people who are working with me at this moment in time. I would like to thank them for everything that they have done for me so far eg putting a roof over my head and helping me out with my benefits and medical issues. Cheers Darren

Terrible - when I reached out to them soon before I was evicted I had reached the out-of-hours line where the representative took my contact details but Framework never contacted me.My caseworker at Nottingham city council's Housing aid department referred me to Framework in the winter and only now (in April) have I received some sort of communication from Framework - hearing from a representative at the Nottingham Community Housing Association earlier this week via random phonecall Framework had passed on my case to them...What a slow organisation Framework is to state the least...Let's see if NCHA actually help

I call every 2 days informing that man is sleeping outside 12 days at the forest stop tram and looking for accommodation they are not able to call back as I record on the phone with information

I have an anxiety and to keep me calm is weed and i don't want to relie on that anymore. so need help with that and starting fresh with my life

The experience I have is that they really do help, grate service, friendly and welcoming people from all walks of life, ppl should reach out to them more because they get things right and support is guaranteed recommend strongly.

Absolutely terrible all they do is move the homeless from one hostel box to another and then call it to successful move so at the end of the year they can present the number of successful moves to the council and display to them that they are actually supporting a successfully moving the homeless in Nottingham when in fact they are not all they do is maintain the status quo whilst systematically destroying any hopes confidence and drive of the people who enter its services the staff are complacent poorly trained and unwilling to implement any real effort I have been with them now for over two years I have been forced to move three times after being severely assaulted and having to defend myself as the staff are unwilling to protect me even when the attackers on camera approaching my bedroom door after two years and six months plus I still do not have a bidding number for my local authority enabling me to bid for properties to be permanently honed please feel free to message me for a lot more
