I would give a 10 out of 10 if I could. Watson homes has to be the best estate agents I have come across in a very long time. I have to mention the ladies that helped us purchase our dream home, Alison & Hayley… thank you both so much. Two very lovely women who care so much about their clients. They made our experience so easy going, they were always there to answer all ours calls & replied back to emails very quickly.We had some issues with our solicitor, they would follow up with a call to try and get things moving along quicker. They went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. If you’re looking for a estate agents I would highly recommend Watson Homes.

Watson Homes were on the ball from the beginning of the house sale process to the end. I chose Watson homes as they gave the best presentation of the estate agents that I invited to my house to tender for the business. I certainly made the right decision. They were so efficient. 3 days after choosing them the house had 14 viewings and by the next day I had 7 offers. I particularly liked the walk through video that they produced. The whole team were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kept me up to date with developments throughout.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, I receive viewing feedback from her in time and I have always been kept up to dated regarding the selling process. Alison tried her best to contact potential buyers for viewing after the first buyer pulled out and negotiated the price for me to meet my expectations.
