I wont be using this greggs any more niw as everytime i go in the hot food is stone cold and and theres one staff member who is completly rude some woman greggs really needs to sort there canterbury branches out

Ordered 2 breakfast deals on just eat, It took forever and a day to arrive and there was missing items from the order, what did turn up was colder than the artic circle. I had to microwave the coffee! Tried to call the store and no one bothered to answer the phone, after 5 attempts I gave up.

We just popped in for takeaway tea and a veggie sausage roll. The staff were super effective. They were polite and attentive, and sent us on our way with a smile thank you.

Visited mid afternoon and still a good choice of food left including the veggie curry slice which was very nice. Staff were pleasant

Though the food is great, their service is pretty rude. They only heat the sandwiches that are marked hot. If you request to make the other sandwiches hot they just push you out rudely without even explaining the reason for it

The gentleman that serviced my daughter and I was very kind and chatty. My daughter knocked her drink over, and he did her another one, and we cleaned our mess up he was very nice only a small place

Great place to stop for a quick drink/snack.Seating available, toilets are a little strange, with only one door separating the toilet and eating area.It is a shame that the two disabled parking spaces are abused.
