Clean and lounge-like interior design Why can't there be a place like this in London? It's well decorated here. The coffee is delicious and the staff are friendly.

Very nice Starbucks, one of the better ones in the area if not London. Very clean, pet friendly. Great selection of fresh cakes and pastries too. Not sure why there are any negative reviews. Only downside is I wish it would stay open longer, closes far too early...

Super friendly staff. A supervisor who is so polite and kind and a manager who has so much passion. How anyone could be rude to these guys is beyond me. The coffee was on point and the premises where kept to a clean high standard! Stock levels seem to be kept to a high standard too.

Starbucks is nice , spacious place , they are pet friendly but the attitude of the girls is below any level.They look at you haughtily , don't smile , make faces when you mess up your order and ask them to fix it for you.They don't want to comply when someone has diabetes and they don't want to change the syrup to one without sugar. I don't recommend it and would not go back there again. The Kingston's are the best, very smiley, friendly and most of all the quality of their drinks is great.

Ordered a cappuccino and was very very bitter, cup was dirty with stains from other coffees before, the service is terrible everyone looks miserable and extremely slow. If you want to waste money go here but if you want great service and quality coffee at a great price look elsewhere.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was reasonably pleasant and wasn't too busy. It was easy to get served and to get a table.Despite drinking in , they did give us disposable cups however.

NM Starbucks don’t know how to make some drinks on the menu; milk has been burnt too many times for me to go back. Not consistent at all and seems like a high turnover with staff. Wimbledon Starbucks way better- they know what they’re doing.

I visited here with my family on 30th April.I don't know how to start but this is the reason why I only go to Costa coffee!Service - slowCustomer service - terrible. Staff was rude when I asked where 2 of my missing drinks were. The oriental Asian young girl slammed my cup on the counter and with a stern voice said it's coming wait"Drinks - ok as it's all the same franchise quality"
