Excellent service. Came on Easter Monday and despite this the staff were still extremely nice and professional. The cashier we had was also extremely helpful and walled us through all the deals we could get and was really patient when we were sorting payment methods out. Many thanks

I asked for someone to take a measurement of my feet. To my complete surprise no one has be rained in how to use the foot measuring tool they had in store. Three young men just didn’t have a clue of how to use it. If anyone responds to this post from the Nike factory store and says anything different to what I have put in this post. Then they are lying.I walked out in total disgust. Even the greeter at the door confirmed that none of them had been trained to take measurements of customers feet.Absolutely shocking service. My advice to people is to go to stores for your footwear where the sales people know how to do their jobs.

Spent a fair few hrs in here over the years. 40+ pairs later and I'm still coming back. very friendly staff. usually 30% off selected items which is always a bonus as it is a factory store.Particularly like the fact that if you order something through the nike app online and it doesn't fit or you change your mind, you can simply return to store.

The staff always say hello and greet customers when you walk into this store which I think is a nice touch They're also very attentive if you need help but at the same time if you tell them you're ok they will leave you alone to get on with it.A bonus of this particular store is that they have the ability to take payment anywhere on the shop floor so you don't have to stand and queue at the till. Most often than not they have a bargain buy available min 30% off of retail price. I bought a pair of Nike 2021 for just 70 quid rather than 150Bought many pairs of trainers in the past never had any issues here. Definitely worth a visit
