Salaam.I arranged the Hajj and Umrah trip with my family through them.Their work team has a friendly attitude, they try their best to solve the problems ASAP.I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

DISGUSTING PEOPLE. DISGUSTING BUSINESS. Using Gods house to scam people. The whole business is a joke. Awful customer service, sells fake packages. NEVER GO HERE EVER!

Just don't do it.Hajj is a once in a lifetime experience and alhamdulillah I found the silver lining in all the mishaps but the only reason you spend your hard earned money is to have assurance that your group is genuine both on a humane and spiritual level.I'm glad I went on 3 hajj courses before I left because the spiritual guidance left a lot to be desired. Do NOT expect to be enlightened or inspired. Imam's speak little English with a very back home mentality of being taught in the masjid 'do as I say' attitude.I was honestly flabbergasted by the lack of etiquette presented by this group. When you're in dire need, no one was to be found anywhere. If only I could say the same when it came to leaving the deposit.That being said Khalil was a top brother to deal with but sadly he had another group to take care of, so it was logistically challenging to ask anything of him.

We went umrah worst experience ever never again all money making scheme told us different hotel once paid all money changed the hotel to a very disgusting hotel dont know wat more to say we trust these travel agents and go to allaahs house n they take advantage of us.

Always happy to help.I'd just like to add that I have on many occasions travelled with Skyfly in the past but on this occasion had the pleasure of a group trip let by Bhahee jaan Shahid, who has gone beyond and above to cater for our trip. He has been absolutely fantastic in arranging all the tours, having qualified staff at hand to inform us of all locations visited and even arranged time for questions and answers. Thank you for this amazing trip

DO NOT GO HERE. The worst service ever, once they have your money they don't care. Sell you a package that you don't get, the hotels they put you in have mould, ant and bugs. It's all about the money for them, no care for customers.

These lot are disgusting, sending people to Gods house and scamming them, they take your money and trick you. Telling you it’s a 5 star hotel and it’s not even a 1 star hotel. Please please don’t use them, horrible people and customer service is awful once that have your money.

Materialism criteria and wouldn't give to ticks if it doesn't benefits them. Staff was rude and multi tasking whilst dealing with me in personBasically it was 5 minute job if they wanted to resolve it but it didn't benefit them so turned me away.
