Nice building on Essex Road. I do not know if it is an homeless shelter because I went to the office behind it. I do know that people live in there and report to Sharon who administers the place.

I moved out and was owed money as I had given notice as was required.I was told I would be contacted to collect the money I was owed.Emails, texts and contact via the website were all ignored.After complaining through the housing association used by reconnected I was told reconnected is refusing to give me the money I was owed as I did not give notice which I did in the presence of 3 members of staff at the office and was asked to move out and hand in the keys which I did.When I complaint against the lies made against me reconnected stated it was due to me leaving the room a mess which was another lie, I took a video immediately prior to leaving the room which shows the room in the same state it was in when I moved in.As to the building when I moved in there was no cooker, no Wi-Fi, no washing machines, stairs were faulty, no cold water amongst other problems.
