From the first part of our experience in entering the showroom in Hillingdon through to installation of the fire and the marble Dougie and team were first class. We entered with a a high level concept of what we wanted an we finished with something that exceeded our expectations. First class customer experience, innovative design insights, top class quality product and a finish beyond our expectations. Guys thank you so much. The compliments from friends and family have been incredible. Credit to A&G Joinery construction for building the media wall and installing the storage cabinets and wood panelling.

Firestorm Glasgow has such a great showroom with lots of displays and options on show they listen and delivered in my vision… which took me a bit of time ! They were patient showing me visuals of what I was trying to achieve, and tweaked things until it was perfect! We ordered the British Fires 1600 fire with customised marble top as it really finished the look!We wanted a different look to having tv above the fire and firestorm worked with us to achieve that vision..The service, delivery and fitting was excellent!All on agreed timescales the fitters really worked hard on day of installation ensuring it was perfect!Had so many compliments on our fire it has really complimented our room, we loved the lights that was added to a visual we ended up making them to complete the look! Great experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable staff who were able to provide great advice on how to make our media wall exactly as we wanted. Lots of lovely options to choose from and a real sense of quality. The showroom is excellent with well thought out touches including hot chocolate and colouring in to keep our 5 year old happy while we picked our fireplace. We took up the option of using Firestorm’s recommended joiner for the installation. Best decision we made. Everything was installed as agreed and lots of care taken in our new house. The fire and media wall look fantastic and we can’t wait to enjoy it as winter comes in. Thanks to Douglas and everyone at Firestorm

From start to finsh fantastic service, went to other stores within area and not a match on Firestorm. The fire i got was British made also. Everything went smoothly , the fitter and plasterer were 1st class and spotless. When completed Teigan followed up after sales care nice touch . 100% recommend this store.

We had a full media wall designed and fitted along with a great fireplace from firestorm. The experience was great from start to finish. Misha was excellent and helped to design the wall the way we wanted. Adam and his team of fitters were friendly and carried out the work with care and professionalism. We could not of asked for a better service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a media wall installation.

My wife and I recently purchased a Riva gas fire from this company. We had done some research and visited a few showrooms before visiting Firestorm. From the first contact when entering, near to their closing time on a Sunday afternoon we were made most welcome and comfortable. That visit lasted on hour beyond closing time, the proprietor allowed his staff to leave and gave us the opportunity to consider our options. When we returned to confirm the business everything went very smoothly. Their approved installer visited and carried out a survey to ensure the fire was suitable and we had the adequate space (unlike a close by competitor who carried out a virtual survey which took 4 minutes and said the fire wouldn’t fit !!!). The workmanship was first class, the installers were extremely professional removed all the old fire and thoroughly cleaning. We would seriously recommend a visit to Firestorm showroom before buying a fire they have a wide selection of both gas and electric fires.

We recently purchased our fireplace from Firestorm Glasgow and we couldn't be happier! Douglas and his team are so incredibly helpful and professional. We had been searching for a high quality glass fireplace for quite a while and we were recommended Firestorm - which I would now recommend to everyone I know who is looking for a fireplace. The showroom in Hillington is beautiful and has on display a huge variety of fireplaces to suit all styles. The staff are always on hand to help and answer any questions. We love our fireplace and we will absolutely be back again when we are looking to purchase another for our home!
