Comfortable classroom setting and friendly, professional course delivery by Jackie made my learning experience for emergency first aid at work renewal a reasonably pleasant experience.Jackie was knowledgeable and did not hesitate to make all candidates feel at ease. Her patience and willingness to clarify any points raised resulted in the class confident there are 'no daft questions'.I would certainly recommend STG for the one day emergency first aid course.
