Waited a while but wasn’t too bad however my nails are slanted and not the same lengths. I come here very rarely often and this is the first time this has happened. They also didn’t ask about what shape I wanted. Not very happy as I paid £36 for bad nails

got my nails done a few weeks ago now but came out with a really deep cut on the side of my finger from the filing and my fingers were very sore. can say the nails are good just not good for how they cut you so much!!!!

I left this place shaking. It was my second and last time ! Starting off with the manicure completely in another planet! I did ask may I have my nails square shape and she replied not possible will have to be oval squared, then I said the water is too cold and she said doesn’t matter. I ended filling my own nails, the layer of polish nail was extremely thick. I ended have an argument with the manicure and she didn’t step back she was arguing aggressively toward me when o said it was a bad job and then she played the victim! Horrendous atmosphere, I asked for the manager and he didn’t do nothing! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, This establishment should be SHUT for the sake of everybody. Very very very bad experience.

Questionable nail art (see picture). Staff were friendly and as a weekend walk-in I was seen quite quickly. However, they didn’t do the swipe of gel polish on the end of the nails so unfortunately they chipped after 2 days.

Absolutely appalling. Left glue all over my nails. Guy looked scared and didn't really know what he was doing. Not very friendly. I felt like a inconvenience to the staff as a customer. Got a smudge and when I asked them to fix it he said it was fine. Don't think i will go back. Not a nice atmosphere. Just felt so unwelcome and unwanted

First go excellent, second time absolutely horrendous experience. Gone there 4 days ago; same night the color starts to crack and fell; come back the day after sorted;same night same problem, the picture shows are they are now. Paid 41 pound for absolutely nothing. Will never come back.

Came in for a soak off and had told the staff( both were men) that my pinky hurts and please be careful prior them starting to fo the soak off. When he started, he used a electric drill, on a high speed and started on my pinky first. As soon as he did that, I knew that something wasn't right as I felt a sharp pain. Then he proceed to putting my hand into the solution to soak off the gel, which then it really stings(which I have also mentioned to them too). And then he left me alone to another staff and I told him once again, my pinky hurts." Through out my service there

Absolutely shocked at the state of my nails, I am a very regular customer, and have been coming for years, but after this I think I’m going to change salon. Had my nails done on the Tuesday, and by Thursday, the two thumbs and two index fingers started to peel and chip, went back Saturday to have them fixed and by Sunday, 6 nails have cracked and/or chipped.
