Good company that I truly recommend! I worked with Chris and Adam, both were very helpful. Adam has always been responsive and keeping me updated. he was regularly following up with the solicitors to make sure everything is on track. The only frustrating thing was the very lengthy process that took more than seven months, however; the issues was with the solicitor not with them and I can say they did their best! Please be cautious in paying reservation deposits - I recently paid a reservation deposit for a sale done through pure investor & even though the developer could not complete the sale within the advised time periods, they refused to pay back the deposit & pure investor advised that there was nothing they could do. No protection even if there is a total misrepresentation regarding timing of transaction and delays due to no fault on the part of the buyer. Losing your deposit used as a threat even if developer cannot perform. Pure investor takes no accountability for the developers they represent
