I had a sports massage for Zoe (Killian), especially after aggravating a lower back pain and underlying spasm. Whilst somewhat 'brutal', the end result was amazing and I was able to walk out of the venue without being hunched over as I had been for the previous two weeks. Zoe was very professional and very effective. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am very pleased with the results of my massage. It has helped immensely with my stiff hips, shoulders and neck. I feel it has helped with my flexibility and reduced my overall pain levels from aching muscles. I have now gone to the Liverpool branch for over 2 years. I have gone as both a private insurance physio patient and as an individual for sports massage. I can unequivocally say that their treatments are always of the highest standard and I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I suffer from a chronic pain condition and while the underlying condition can not be repaired, the relief I gain under the skill full hands of Zoe has always allowed me greater range of movement and the ability to self maintain for a period of time. Before I started seeing her I would often become bed bound with muscle spasm and stiffness. She has been a LIFESAVER!!! And I can not recommend her enough.

Had an appointment with Zoe just before Christmas. She was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. The consultation was thorough and the massage really loosened up my stiff shoulder and neck. Followed up later to make sure I was feeling good. Just on my way to book again when I remembered to review!

My massage from Zoe was amazing she focused on all my problem areas while making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. It's one of the only massages I've had where I've felt it has really worked on my tension and sore back. Will definitely be going back.

I found the booking process very quick and easy and Zoe to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she explained the likely underlying issues and how I might build up resistance to them. I noticed a marked improvement after the sports massage almost immediately and would more than recommend for anybody with similar (or other) injuries in South Liverpool!

Had my first ever sports massage this week with Zoe at the Speke site and it was fantastic. Zoe listened to what issues I was having and worked on this throughout the session. Whole thing was a relaxed, comfortable experience and I could feel the benefits by the next day. Would highly recommend.
