Would leave a 0 star if possible over 1hour 30 I ordered got text to say its on its way an hour ago and called half hour ago to be told its on the way.... just called back to ask where it is to be told be patient it will arrive soon and put the phone down very rude to be honest

Absolutely disgusting!!!!We placed a order and then when the order was half an hour late, they decided they were too busy to deliver, and we couldn’t have a refund off them ,They said we had to go through uber eats who also said they won’t refund us

Waffles came cold. Should have been warm at least but seemingly my issue as I’m 20 minutes away. Usually the place is pretty good. Can’t say the staff were very cooperative when I called either.

Ordered a peach smoothie with protein and honey and a milkybar milkshake!I would strongly advise not to order a peach smoothie with the other 2 ingredients as it is not very nice and would not wish it upon my worst enemy BUT the gentleman who answered the photo was very helpful and straight forward and also offered me a milkshake in place of the smoothie! I was very surprised and happy with the offer after seeing a few of the previous reviews.But I can say I will order from here again. thankyou x

Food arrived almost 2 hours late. Staff on the phone were nothing but rude. Wasn't worth the wait either, ruined it.

Ordered 2 things, estimated time was 13:30 to 14:15. never came. got a notification saying it had arrived and low and behold it didnt. will never order from here again, i highly advise that you dont order from here at all. got a refund from uber eats. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Their cake shakes are nice but the delivery is meant to take 10-20 minutes from where I’m located, not 1 hour. Very passive aggressive staff too.

Absolutely pathetic will never order ever again from here not only did it take them a extra 1 hour late to deliver my food it came with a cold soggy waffle both ice creams were melted and wrong smoothie 2 strawberry instead of mango and a strawberry (smoothie flavour out of stock and didnt decide to tell me till rang up for third time after my food had arrived )when ringing the store got met with awful customer service saying it was all my fault and not there's, then after telling them how it should of been approached he agreed would off been better then continuing to say my fault and that I wasn't telling truth when rang the 2nd time he said his shop was busy and our delivery was setting off and said he would cancel the order cause it was our fault, on the 3rd time ringing complaining about our order he was at home arguing with us saying its our fault and we have to order earlier next time, bare in mind we ordered at 10pm and didnt get the food till 00:10 he also stated i would not get a refund So here are your pictures for proof !

Took over an hour and a half to come. The mint oreo milkshake has little pieces of mint leaves in it which I didn’t like. I assumed it would just be the actual mint oreos and not mint leaves but it made me feel sick. The Reece's milkshakes are nice though.
