I really enjoyed my visit to Ego - Suzanne highlighted and cut my hair. The salon is lovely - airy, roomy with spotless covid practices . The other staff there were all friendly, warm and welcoming . I sat and looked at colours with Suzanne and got brilliant, experienced advice and given lots of time to peruse and decide what I wanted . I felt pampered and cared for . The highlights and the haircut was outstanding - I was more than pleased . Suzanne gave me her time, her kindness, her expertise but perhaps, most importantly she took time to really listen to what I wanted . And this showed . I wouldn’t hesitate to totally recommend this fabulous salon - it has everything - thank you Suzanne ! She told me she was in the process of buying the salon - it couldn’t go to safer and a nicer pair of hands . The only way is up with this fabulous team and their wonderful ethos of excellent customer care.
