I can’t say moving was the best experience as it’s quite stressful however, James and his team (especially Michael) made sure everything went as smooth as possible for us, nothing was ever too much trouble and they all went above and beyond. James always updated us and was so helpful, if we were to move again we would definitely go straight to James at Town and Country!

Although, I have signed a lease for my current property for another year, I found the Lettings Agent John really pleasant to deal with. He has a warmth and professionalism, I can tell that he would really work hard for his tenants. I hope in the future, as I am looking to move nearer Brightlingsea, that I can let my home through them. They seem to have a more personal touch. John is also quite approachable as a person and has kept me informed about properties I viewed, even though I was not chosen to be a tenant at that time.

What a fantastic company to work for. Have a great attitude towards all their customers and employees. I have since left employment with the company but can only write what I have seen during my short stint there. John and his team take the hassle out of letting my properties. After several years of managing the properties myself I chose the fully managed service which has maximised property occupancy and given me total peace of mind. John makes sure that I am meeting legal requirements, and any issues with the properties are dealt with promptly and effectively using local trusted tradesmen. Service is personal and communication is always excellent. Thoroughly recommended.
