If I could give zero stars I would.In fairness, if you're lucky enough not to have any issues with your orders then you should be OK. Once you have a faulty item or dangerous electric item in my case then good luck to you because you are on your own. Customer service is non existent. They will email back and forth promising to sort it out and never do anything to fix the problem. And they will still have the items that were faulty for sale for others to purchase without checking them.Once you flag a problem with them in their group chat for others to be aware of a potentially dangerous item then they will remove you from the group as they don't want any negativity.When you email re a dangerous item they will still take nearly a week to reply and aren't concerned either way but want you to post the items back to them in original packaging!!Good luck with getting any refunds from them. They will drag it out in the hope you will forget about it.100% stay away from this company.

Krizma is an amazing.I have bought so much from here and loved every single thing!I had to buy my partner his own soap sponge because he was using my ice queen one lol.My eldest daughter has sensitive skin and the bath eggs don't irritate her at all!!Am in love with my burst diffuser as well its always in and making my house smell gorgeous.To everyone at head office and behind the scene making the magic work a big thank you keep smashing it guys!!!

Krizma is an amazing company! And personally I think the products are the best! The CEO should be very proud of herself and her staff at the warehouse. You have all made Christmas 2020 so much better for everyone with your products! Keep smashing this and here’s to 2021!!

Love the products! Amazing customer service too.I've been with this amazing company Krizma since April last year. Not had any problems whatsoever, all orders have arrived on time, any alternatives they call you to let you know. My customers love the products as much as I do!! I have always got the help I need from everyone, from my upline to everyone in HO. I may have taken a little break but I was welcomed back with open arms, even my amazing CEO told me she was happy to have me back. Now you tell me what CEO does that?! I'll tell you, none! Awful company, finally got refunded this morning for products on orders I placed 74 and 52 working days ago. I sent an email last night after being ignored for 19 working days chasing this up to wake up with no email from the company, just an email from PayPal issuing the refunds. Done research and found this happen to so many more people! I understand I have the money back but that’s not the principal. I joined this company during maternity and was so excited to get started after reading from leaders how amazing this company is, but then after watching live videos of them telling people to ‘get a grip’ for chasing parcels up I soon realised. Glad to no longer have anything to do with this company and do NOT be fooled by their words to lure you in!!
