Takin a bus journey on a 14 from the city centre to bletchley, Omg who taught this driver to drive, hanging on the accelerator like its gonna be taken off of him then braking like something's just walked out in front of him, he's driving like a bloody idiot.

This transport service is unacceptable!!! Lot of times the buses aren't coming or delayed. 4 times I had to call a taxi because the buses not coming. This company is a joke!!!!!

Buses are always late. Rude drivers. Some are great but some are jobsworth picks. Never count in the bus turning up or on time you basically can only survive in mk using taxis and having a car now. Thanks arriva for creating such a shockingly bad service. On top of everything else whn you complain you get cop outs and automated responses.

Always late or not coming at all, around 90% of drivers are rude and don’t drive very carefully. Ticket app just crashing all the time.

If you have the money, get a taxi instead. Arriva's bus service punctuality is incredibly poor and reliance on it should be avoided as much as possible if you value your time and want to actually get somewhere.

Never on time, more than half of the 300 route buses I catch don't even show up, meaning I'm standing there on average 40 minutes. USE A CAR.

If I could I would rate this service MINUS 5 stars. Horrible service and extremely disorganized. Most of the time they are late and sometimes they ignore you at the bus stop. So frustrating consider that it's the main bus company that run in MK and the alternative are taxis.
