They are demanding minimum £10 for card payments. I don’t carry cash around and I urgently needed to get a key cut. There’s no other business providing the service nearby

Great customer service, the staff are always very friendly and do an excellent job with my garments. I've never had a problem with them and have used them for years.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to deliver an Incredible service, in record time. This is my new go-to drycleaner! I needed my suit ironed last minute (called a few other places before and none of them could do anything till next week) Everclean completed in under half an hour.. not sure why other reviews not so positive. But this place is a real dimond. Thanks so much

I did not check reviews before I dropped my suit in.What a terrible mistake. I had a high-quality grey suit first time (after a couple of weeks wearing it) in the cleaning shop.The first time they returned it, it was only ironed but not cleaned. I gave suit back to them with a comment they forgot to clean it.After two weeks (what a speedy service), now they told me they couldn’t clean it because the brownish shade was already baked-in with the iron.Avoid if you are not planning to through your clothes into the bin.They offered return money “if that makes me happy”.It won’t. I lost 1000-pound suit.I will never come back.

Too expensive for two simple stapler on jeans. 10 pound and they didn’t repair the work well.Not friendly at all. Not a greeting. Poor service and poor customer service. Zero communication. Never ever again.I’m so disappointed.

This dry cleaner is a scam.Left there a new Canada Goose jacket and they badly damaged it. The jacket was 2 month old, bought at Harrods for £700. When I complained, I was told to go back to Harrods and complain about the product quality. Canada Goose is a brand distributed world wide known for high quality standards (thus the steep retail price). Staff is unprofessional, prices are higher compared to other dry cleaners in the area (e.g., Magic Cleaners, Station Dry Cleaners, Green Spot Valet), and the quality much lower. They do not deserve to stay in business. Low value delivered to customer (negative value in my case) and high prices

We have just started using this dry cleaners. They are so good and are cheaper than most around this area. They are happy to pickUp and drop when required. Try them thank me later.

Item expensive worn once. Staff said I had no comeback as I’d worn it once. Dreadful service, agreeing the errors were made there but refusing a solution. Item ruined

Not worth even 0 stars!Just horrible experience!The worst dry cleaners place in North West London(Golders Green area/ West Hampstead/Finchley). Stay away from doing any dry cleaning there!They permanently damaged my cashmere Burberry coat during dry cleaning leaving yellow- chemical stains on the coat!When I asked what are these stains I was blamed for them.There was an old, rude man who told me that they were already there when I brought my coat. I wasn't even offered the second cleaning to try to remove these stains. I was told by other dry cleaning specialist that it happens when someone does color transfer during dry cleaning process due to negligence.Now, I can't sell this coat even on ebay!! I've lost almost £2000 and my favorite coat which I was saving for a very long time.
